Our Guarantees to You

 

We guarantee that your bespoke shirt will be delivered to you within 4 to 6 weeks of ordering. If it takes longer than this then you will receive a 10% refund on the cost of the shirt.

We also guarantee that you will be delighted with the fit of your new bespoke shirt. You have 14 days after delivery in which you can return for full refund if not totally satisfied (this is only valid for the first shirt you buy from us).

Please note - these terms and conditions apply solely for purchases via our websites. If you order from our visiting service we will supply our terms and conditions during the initial consultation.

Customer Support and Service
If you require any assistance please telephone us on +44 (0)1684 878195 between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday. You can leave a message outside these hours.

Stock Availability
We try to keep everything in stock, however this isn't always possible. If an item is out of stock, we will email you within 2 working days of placing your order.

Delivery Time
Our aim is for you to receive your purchase just as soon as possible, and we will do our best to deliver it to you within 14 days. However, you should allow up to 28 days, especially at busy times.

Delivery Costs
The delivery cost for each item has been calculated according to weight and size, and this amount will be shown when you reach the checkout.  Please select the delivery option suitable for your location (UK, Europe, Rest of World). 

Made to Measure Items
Made to Measure Items can take up to 42 days for delivery. Please complete the details on the Order Form carefully. If you need an item earlier please email info@shirt-style.co.uk or telephone +44 (0) 1684 878195 to check whether your request will be possible.

Returns
We hope you that will be delighted with your purchase from The Sartorial Executive. However, if you are unhappy with an item for any reason it can be returned to us.
Items should be returned within 2 weeks if you would like a refund. The items need to be in perfect condition and in their undamaged, original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange anything that has been made to measure or personalised. Return postage, packing insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit. We endeavour to handle all returns or complaints within 14 working days.

Cancellation of an Order
You can cancel your order at any time. If the goods have been dispatched already then you have 2 weeks to return your order to receive a refund. We cannot however refund any postage costs, either to send your order out or to receive it back.

Security
Any credit card details you enter and transferred between you and the internet is encrypted using 128bit encryption technology. Our credit card payment facility is provided by Paypal and no credit card details are passed to ourselves.
