About our bespoke shirts
Our bespoke shirts are all made here in England using the finest Swiss (Alumo) and Italian (SIC Tess, Monti, Thomas Mason) woven cottons. With over 3500 fabrics to choose from we also have one of the largest selections.
They are Hand-Cut and Sewn in Kent by a team of shirtmakers and seamstresses who also make for many Savile Row and Jermyn Street names. We only use single needle stitched seams throughout at a stitch count of 16 stitches per inch to ensure the seams will hold for as long as you own the shirt.
Shirts are made to your own personal bespoke hand-cut paper pattern which is retained in our workshops. This ensures that all future shirts are cut exactly to your measurements and requirements.
We ensure that our shirts have pattern matching throughout. This includes gauntlet, collars, plackets (both vertically and horizontally if appropriate) and sleeve head to yoke.
We do not use fusing on our collar and cuff interlinings. This results in collars that exude quality rather than the unfortunate lifeless collars that many otherwise fine shirts seem to possess these days.
Our buttons are Australian Grade A Mother of Pearl - the best.
